The Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation recently announced that it will now offer notary services for the Pittsburgh community. The PHDC, which is “dedicated to improving the lives of Hispanics in the region,” made the announcement in an Instagram post on June 6. Notary services are important, as notarizing documents certifies that the signatures are legitimate, and therefore legally binding.
