Eastern Stark land transfers: Mount Union buys sorority house for $200,000

University of Mount Union has purchased a sorority house on campus for $200,000, according to the latest real estate transfers from the Stark County Auditor’s Office.

Mount Union purchased the Alpha Chi Omega house at 374 W. Simpson St. It is in an area of West Simpson where Mount Union owns most of the properties.
