Cold case reopened by MPS out of northern Michigan
(FOX 2) - State police in northern Michigan have reopened a missing person cold case that is over 35 years old. Announcing the investigation on social media, the Michigan State Police's Seventh District said they were looking at the disappearance of Cassandra Durham, a Maryland woman who had left the state with her boyfriend in 1987.

ALLEGAN COUNTY, MI – Gun Lake Tribe raised a 1-million gallon water tank, with the tribe’s logo, on its water tower along U.S. 131. Boyfriend of missing Portage woman arraigned on murder charge
KALAMAZOO, MI — The boyfriend of a Portage woman who went missing in December 2022 was arraigned this week on one count of open murder. This January, 13 months after Heather Kelley was reported missing by her family on Dec. 11, 2022, Carlos Vance Watts Jr., 39, was charged with murder by Kalamazoo County Prosecutor Jeff Getting.
