ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A Metro East man was charged Thursday with murder in connection with a deadly shooting at a north St. Louis County gas station earlier this week. Unice Hobby IV, a 25-year-old Belleville man, was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the deadly shooting of 20-year-old Dennis Cooperwood on Monday.

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. (First Alert 4) - Prosecutors in Madison County, Illinois, have charged a Bethalto man in a fatal DUI crash in May in Hartford. Israel K. Evans, 24, was charged Friday with aggravated DUI resulting in death and reckless homicide in the death of 24-year-old Jacob S.P. Werner, also of Bethalto, Illinois.
