Joseph F. Lipski, 90, passed away June 19, 2022, and his wife Mildred M. Lipski, 89, passed away June 1, 2024. Joseph was born in Alpena on July 4, 1931, to the late Frank and Jennie (Stolnski) Lipski and served in the United States Army reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant in the 25th Infantry during the Korean War.
