FRANKLIN, Ky. – A man wanted out of Indiana is facing multiple charges after a pursuit led to his arrest in Simpson County. On Tuesday, July 23 around 9 a.m., the Kentucky State Police says it received a call from Marion County, Indiana law enforcement requesting assistance to locate Cody Ray Medsker, 28, of New Castle, Indiana.
