A central Pennsylvania attorney was suspended by the state Supreme Court after an investigation found he failed to disclose multiple DUI convictions, misappropriated payments from clients while working at several law firms and sent inappropriate messages — including soliciting drugs — to clients who retained him between 2022 and 2024, according to a report from the court’s Office of Disciplinary Council (ODC).
