ANDREWS, S.C. (WCBD) – Troopers are investigating a hit-and-run crash in Andrews that left a person injured last month.

Lance Corporal Lena Butler with the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) said the crash happened the night of May 12 on N. Morgan Avenue near County Line Road.

An unknown vehicle was turning left onto N. Morgan Ave. from County Line Rd. when it was struck on the driver’s side by a southbound motorcycle.

The suspect then left the scene.

Troopers said the vehicle in question appears to have been a 2007-2017 Chevrolet Traverse or GMC Acadia. The vehicle color is unknown but could have damage on the driver’s side.

Anyone with information can call SCHP at 843-661-4705.
