Meghan Markle has a royal title that no one can remove

Meghan Markle has a permanent royal title that no one can take away.

According to Ingrid Seward, chief editor at Majesty magazine, Meghan would still retain a royal title even if she were stripped of the title, "Duchess of Sussex."

As the wife of a prince, Meghan, could take on her husband's name and become "Princess Henry" even if she did not have the title of Duchess.

Also, Prince Harry could never be stripped of his birthright as a prince unless it was through an act of Parliament.

Seward had this to say about Harry and Meghan's titles,

"I don't think anything will happen to the titles because, if they lose their titles, Harry is still a prince of the blood and Meghan instead of being the Duchess of Sussex, [would] be Princess Henry... That really would [confuse the Americans].
