Cafe in Cleveland receives flack for refusing to allow customer to buy coffee for a strange reason

In an article in The Daily Dot, a TikToker with user name @superheroeveryday2 claimed that she tried to buy coffee for a homeless man but was told that it was against company policy.

The TikToker was notified that there were serious repercussions involved if an employee of the cafe sold coffee to a customer who was specifically making a purchase for the homeless.

The employee could lose their job in the worst case.

The cafe known as The Copper Moon in Cleveland, Ohio, was the location of the purported incident.

Once the TikToker posted her video of the incident, the cafe was called out by viewers for their policy regarding the homeless.

The TikToker also claimed that there could be a race element to it as the homeless man was black. She ended her caption calling out the cafe and saying, If this is their policy they dont deserve OUR business.
