Former Michigan football staffer Connor Stalions has made plenty of headlines ever since the 2023 season. Stalions was the center of the sign-stealing scandal after a photo emerged of what looked like him on the sidelines for an Eastern Michigan game against Michigan State.

On Sunday, a report came out that an NCAA investigation confirmed it was Stalions on the sidelines wearing Central Michigan gear, per Pete Thamel and Dan Murphy of ESPN.

"The draft also states the NCAA gathered evidence that shows Stalions was on the sideline at Michigan State's season-opening against Central Michigan in 2023. Stalions was wearing a bench pass, Central Michigan coaching gear and a disguise, according to the draft, which states that Stalions' conduct "seriously undermined or threatened the integrity of the NCAA collegiate model."

However, the draft does not state exactly how Stalions obtained a pass for the Central Michigan sidelines.

But, the photo that had emerged made it clear that it was Stalions.

Jim Harbaugh left Michigan for the Los Angeles Chargers job, and new Wolverines head coach Sherrone Moore is also facing a show-cause penalty and possible suspension for deleting a thread of text messages due to the Stalions debacle, per the ESPN report.

The draft by the NCAA had even more findings regarding Stalions: "The NCAA's draft said Stalions failed to cooperate with its investigation. The draft states that in October 2023, he removed hard drives from the Michigan football offices and also gave a football player a sheet containing playcalling signals of a future opponent. It said Stalions asked the player to bring the sheet to a team intern's house until he could retrieve it later. Stalions also refused to let the school review his phone, according to the draft."

While Stalions has yet to come to the public and explain any of this, it is worth noting that Stalions is planning on giving details during the fourth season of "Untold" with an episode entitled "Sign Stealer" on August 27.
