Paul Finebaum Labels Jim Harbaugh A Sociopath After Sign-Stealing Comments

New allegations regarding the Michigan football program surfaced over the weekend, as ESPN obtained a draft of the NCAA's notice of claims on Sunday.
The notice alleges that Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore deleted a thread of 52 text messages with former Wolverines employee Connor Stalions in 2023. This reportedly occurred on the same day that reports emerged, indicating that Stalions was central to Michigan's efforts to steal play-calling signals from future opponents.
Former Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh was asked about the allegations as he prepares for his first season back in the NFL as the Los Angeles Chargers' head coach. Harbaugh said he was taught never to lie, cheat or steal and continues to preach that message. However, he said no one is perfect, and if you make a mistake, you need to apologize to make it right. Harbaugh did not apologize because he said he did not participate and was not aware of those allegations.
Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh lifts up the trophy as players and coaches celebrate on stage after the 34-13 win over Washington to take the national championship game at NRG Stadium in Houston on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024.
ESPN's Paul Finebaum said he isn't sure whether Harbaugh is a sociopath, pathological liar or just delusional, but he knows he's not normal.
"I don't know enough about psychology, but I struggle with what is he, is he delusional, is he sociopathic, is he pathological, I need help because he's one of those," Finebaum said. "He's not normal, but I can assure you of that."
Harbaugh had an impressive 89-25 record (78.1%) during his nine seasons as the head coach of his alma mater. This included three consecutive 12+ win seasons, three consecutive Big Ten championships and a national championship last season.
However, some may argue that the sign-stealing scandal will always tarnish his legacy as Michigan's head coach.
