A home in the Concession topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael Hess, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 8420 Lindrick Lane to Frances Krak and Kevin Krak, trustees, of Bradenton, for $4.65 million. Built in 2020, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,768 square feet of living area. It sold for $3,495,000 in 2021.

In the early-1950s, the late architect Glenn Q. Johnson designed his Vision-Aire homes, also known as "Bird Cage" houses, specifically for Florida's hot, humid climate.
