Parks director addresses district’s cleanup priorities
Last week’s tornadoes caused massive damage in three of the Kewanee Park District’s parks, and the recovery effort might not be finished until the end of next month. The park board met Wednesday; the meeting had been postponed from the scheduled date of last Thursday in the wake of the July 15 tornadoes which devastated Windmont, Baker and Chautauqua parks.

You can get to know the team at the Toulon clinic and feel safer using the facility for your medical needs. The First Choice Health Clinics in Kewanee, Colona, and Toulon are taking appointments for school physicals and vaccinations. You can get certified copies of your birth certificate dating back to 1971 for $13 for the first copy and $6 for additional copies, at the Kewanee location.
