Final used book sale of 2024 slated at Westonka Library

The Friends of the Westonka Library are hosting a used book at the library on April 27 and 29.

Since the library will be closing sometime this year, this will be the last sale in the near future. Donations of new and gently used books are now being accepted during open hours at the library.

The group relies on volunteers to setup and manage the sale. If you’re interested in helping, leave your name and phone number at the library or call 612-543-6175 for more information.

The sale will be held Saturday, April 27, and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Monday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Prices are reasonable with children’s items costing a quarter and most adult books priced at $1 or less. Monday is bag day when a bag full of books will cost $4.
