Todd left the apartment and Keith went back to sleep. When Keith woke up, he noticed the keys to his Honda were missing from his end table. Keith soon found his Honda was also stolen. Todd was the only other subject in Keith’s apartment and had access to his keys. According to Keith, Todd has never been in Keith’s Honda. Keith showed PO recent pry marks on his entry door. Photos were taken of the pry marks and the area where the keys were stolen from. The photos were added to the case file. The Honda was entered into LEADS/NCIC as stolen. Keith filled out a victim’s rights waiver form and statement in regard to this incident. At 1:07 AM hours the listed Honda was located in Randolph County.
