Piqua Post investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash on Interstate 75 in Shelby County
SHELBY COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Morrow County man was killed this morning in Sidney when he drove into a stopped semi. The crash happened just after 7 a.m. on I-75, just north of the Fair Road exit. Troopers from the Piqua Post say 29-year-old Damien Webb of Cardington was traveling south on the interstate when he drove into the back of a semitrailer driven by 69-year-old Irwin Hatfield of Anna, who was stopped in traffic because of another crash that was being cleaned up. Webb was ejected from his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Hatfield was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
