New McDonald's meals feature nostalgic collectible cups

McDonald's is introducing a new Collector's Meal featuring six collectible cups inspired by keepsakes from the 80s, 90s and 2000s.

The featured designs include past Happy Meal toys, merch, games and cups. The six options are:

• Barbie and Hot Wheels
• Beanie Babies (featuring Teenie Beanies from the 90s)
• Coca-Cola
• Hello Kitty and Peanuts
• Shrek, Jurassic Park and Minions
• McDonald's (featuring brand classics like the Grimace Glass and Boo Buckets)

Customers ordering select menu items — a sausage and egg sandwich meal during breakfast hours or either a 10-piece nugget or Big Mac meal throughout the day — will receive one of the six cups featuring the blasts from the past.

The Collector's Meal will be available for a limited time starting Aug. 13.

It's the latest promotion from the fast food giant, which in recent years has offered items such as Grimace shakes and celebrity meals to bring customers back to its restaurants.
