Cheyenne woman faces felony charge for smuggling drugs into jail
CHEYENNE, Wyo. — On July 13 at about 7:29 p.m., Cheyenne police arrested a woman at a local retail store on Central Avenue. The woman, identified as Krystal Nichole Ebell, 33, faces charges including theft, interference with a peace officer and drug possession.
