ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (KAKE) - An Arkansas City couple is passing on their love of community and the outdoors to others through the donation of a bench at a local park. When Joe and Nel Clark moved from their farm to Lake View Estates on the southwest side of town, they found a warm welcome among new friends and the serene surroundings of Veterans Memorial Lake.
