Missouri woman arrested for alleged DUI after crash
Police in Hays, Kansas, reported witnessing an allegedly intoxicated driver traveling in the wrong direction before colliding with a parked vehicle. At about 10:23 p.m. Saturday, officers observed a black sedan traveling southbound in the opposite direction on a one-way street at the 800 block of Ash St., according to Hays Police Chief Don Scheibler.
Court Date Set for Moberly Man Accused of Sending Harassing E-Mails
RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo - A court date is scheduled for August 5th in Randolph County for a Moberly man accused of harassing and tampering with a judicial officer. According to a probable cause statement 44-year-old Kevin Wayne Smith began sending a series of harassing e-mails on May 18th. The recipient of the e-mails claimed they were designed to intimidate and threaten them.
