Caller reports her neighbor keeps mowing her yard and cutting apple tree branches on Cemetery Road in Mellen. Caller said the neighbor does this while she is not home.

Caller reports seeing someone with bolt cutters who she believes was trying to get into the storage units across from her on Highway 13 in Glidden.

Caller reports a male who’s intoxicated walking on Highway 13 near Ashland. Caller said she doesn’t feel it’s safe for anyone to let him into his or her vehicle.
