Fans pack Polar Park for Fourth of July festivities
WORCESTER -- It was a packed house at Polar Park on Thursday night, as almost nine and a half thousand fans filled the seats, the berm and every spot in between for the Fourth of July celebration. Although the game on the field wasn’t much to cheer about, but the place was still packed for fireworks as the crowd celebrated the nation’s birthday.

With only 9, Johnson asked for a courtesy catcher and were denied by Dalton which should make next year’s rematch one to circle on the calendar. However, having an older brother who was a sprinter and doing well, his mother thought it would be a good idea to push her younger son into doing the same. Five Crimson Women’s Rugby U20 Athletes Participate in Transatlantic Quad Series
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. –– Harvard women's rugby will have five athletes compete in Cardiff for the first ever Women's U20 Transatlantic Quad Series. Four athletes will represent the United States: Lennox London , Courtney Taylor , and Skylar Jordan , and Neasa McLaughlin (reserve). Ava Ference will join team Canada. London and Jordan are both sophomores who contributed to the success of the 15s season last fall. Meet the region’s three American Legion baseball teams
REGION – Summer baseball is here. American Legion Baseball, which dates back to 1925, brings together almost 50,000 players and over 2,900 teams from across the country. The players range from high school freshmen to 19-year-old rising college sophomores. Teams are sponsored by American Legion posts, and, depending on the location, may be able to draw players from several neighboring communities to create a roster.
