    Richmond man arrested after 18 warrants issued for reported theft from vehicle in Ashland

    HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Richmond man was arrested on charges including credit card theft and identity theft following an investigation into a reported theft from a vehicle in Ashland.

    On Friday, June 28, the Ashland Police Department arrested Keyshawn Warren, of Richmond, following an investigation into a reported theft from a vehicle on Sweet Tessa Drive in Ashland in May.

    Around 9 a.m. on Friday, May 10, Ashland police officers responded to the 800 block of Sweet Tessa Drive for the report of a theft from a vehicle.

    Following an investigation, Ashland police investigators obtained 18 warrants for Warren. On June 28, he was arrested in the City of Richmond without incident, according to authorities.

    Warren faces charges including four counts of petit larceny, four counts of tampering with vehicles, nine counts of credit card theft and one count of identity theft, according to officials.
