Youth Tee Ball registration open

ATASCADERO — Get ready for another exciting season of Youth Tee Ball in Atascadero. Registration is currently open but ends on March 1.

The City of Atascadero’s Recreation team is gearing up for a fun-filled season focused on teaching the basics of baseball to boys and girls aged 4.5 to 6 years old. The league provides a low-pressure, instructional environment where kids can develop their skills and, most importantly, have fun.

Practices and games will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Paloma Creek Park. Practices kick off on April 9, with league games starting on Tuesday, April 23 and running through May 23. Coaches will convene for a meeting on Thursday, March 28 at Paloma Creek Park; exact time to be announced.

Registration can be completed either in person at the Colony Park Community Center during customer service hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) or online at atascadero.org. The cost is $100 for residents and $110 for non-residents.

Youth T-Ball is in need of Volunteer Coaches and Team Sponsors to help make this season a success.
