Big Lots to close 6 more Georgia locations soon. Here's where

Six more Georgia Big Lots locations will close soon, according to the discount retailer's website.

The store's website for locations in Decatur , Fayetteville , Roswell , Stockbridge , Stone Mountain and Waynesboro says they are soon to close, but shutdown dates are not disclosed.

The websites say at the top that they are 'closing this location ' and offering up to 20% off certain items.

The six locations join stores in Thomson and Savannah that will soon close. The website for the Thomson location, unlike others, advertises that a 'closing sale is going on now' and offering up to 30% off items.

The closures come after Big Lots announced earlier this month that it would close 35 to 40 stores across the country, citing “elevated inflation” and decreased consumer spending.

Georgia has 51 Big Lots locations, according to the retailer's website.
