• PITA PIT (123 N JACKSON ST): 86. Inspection notes: "Dented can of pineapple not stored separately from intact cans in dry goods area. Employee not wearing effective hair restraint. Employee wearing bracelet during food preparation. Cutting board has deep cuts and strained surface. Food debris observed in refrigerated drawers at grill area along sliding mechanism. Self-closure mechanism damaged at employee restroom. Floor tiles damaged behind front counter."
• KRYSTAL (4005 LEXINGTON RD): 89. Inspection notes: "Observed chili in the hot well being held at a temperature less than 135F. Observed drink splatter on wall behind bag-in-a-box shelf. Observed mold on wall at 3-compartment sink. Observed grime/debris on floors under and behind equipment."
• INOKO EXPRESS (3190 ATLANTA HWY STE 7): 88. Inspection notes: "Employee drink stored on kitchen make table. Employee wearing wristwatch during food preparation. Utensils stored between uses in water at temperature below 135F. Food containers stacked wet after washing. Employee cell phone stored on kitchen make table. Live flies observed in kitchen."
• YOUR PIE (196 ALPS RD UNIT 3): 86. Inspection notes: "Walk-in cooler leaking at vent/condenser. Multiple cracked clear bins on clean dish shelf and drying rack."
• LITTLE CAESAR'S (4375 LEXINGTON RD STE C-8): 70. Inspection notes: "Faucet steadily leaking at 3-compartment sink. Observed buildup of grime and debris on floors and walls. Observed employee drink stored next to food on shelf in walk-in cooler (WIC). Front door doesn't completely self-close and stays open. Observed numerous flies in establishment."
