Georgia got huge news on Monday when they landed five-star edge defender Isaiah Gibson from Warner Robins, but lost a big battle for in-state WR CJ Wiley on Tuesday. Wiley chose Florida State but that one seems far from over as he told DawgsHQ that he will continue to keep his options open.

*** Another big target in the 2025 class, Tyler Williams , was on campus this weekend. He seems to be trending quickly towards Georgia. He is someone they have been recruiting awhile and James Coley went down to see him in South Florida in May. He has an ‘announcement’ to make at some point today according to his tweet on Tuesday night.

*** North Oconee WR Landon Roldan , who ran 40 times in the 4.4 range at MVP Camp and at UGA is another WR prospect Georgia is after in the 2025 class. He visited Georgia Tech and UGA back to back. He has ties to the GT program with several friends on that team, but I still think he ends up in Athens. He wanted to take a few days after his official visits and before making a final decision. I love the upside here. He measured in at over 6-foot and weighed 180 pounds this weekend. That is a good size for him with that type of top end speed.

*** Another prospect I am watching closely is 2025 CB Shamari Earls , who is currently committed to South Carolina. I am told there is some good momentum with Georgia behind the scenes. He was 6-foot-2 this weekend. This is a prospect that Georgia has had high on the board for a while now. We will keep an eye on this one.
