Georgia will finish off its summer recruiting visits with one last event on Saturday. The Bulldog staff is calling it a cookout. As expected, many UGA verbal commits in the 2025 class will be in town.

This is who we are expecting this weekend so far. It is not a final or official list and we can obviously add players as we confirm.

    Georgia targets

*** LB Tyler Atkinson (Grayson; Grayson, Ga.)

On3 Industry Ranking (2026): No. 10 overall, No. 1 linebacker, No. 1 in Georgia

Atkinson is up there with the top linebacker prospects to come out of the state of Georgia in the past few classes. The guy eat, sleeps, and breathes football. He has easily been to Athens double-digit times already.

*** WR Aaron Gregory (Douglas County; Douglasville, Ga.)

On3 Industry Ranking (2026): No. 30 overall, No. 5 receiver, No. 6 in Georgia

Another very talented prospect in the 2026 class. Gregory is set to have a huge junior season at Douglas County and Georgia is recruiting him as hard as anyone right now.

*** WR Nalin Scott (Kennesaw Mountain; Kennesaw, Ga.)

On3 Industry Ranking (2026): No. 158 overall, No. 27 wide receiver, No. 19 in Georgia

Scott has been garnering offers since he was a freshman. He has visited Georgia a few times before.

*** DB Jontae Gilbert (Douglass; Atlanta, Ga.)

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 135 overall, No. 16 cornerback, No. 16 in Georgia

This is one to keep an eye on. Gilbert is making a decision in the near future and the fact that he’s visiting Georgia for the cookout says a lot about the relationship there. This is his last visit before he makes a decision.

*** OL Jackson Cantwell (Nixa; Nixa, Mo.)

On3 Industry Ranking (2026): No. 4 overall, No. 2 offensive tackle, No. 1 in Missouri

The 6-foot-7 lineman is a national recruit and one of the top players in his class. Georgia has hosted him before and he’s a priority for the 2026 cycle.

    UGA commitments expected in town

    2026 QB Jared Curtis

    2025 QB Ryan Montogomey

    2025 WR Landon Roldan

    2025 WR Talyn Taylor

    2025 TE Ethan Barbour

    2025 DL Christian Garrett

    2025 EDGE Isaiah Gibson

    2025 CB Shamari Earls

    2025 EDGE Darren Ikinnagbon

    2025 DB Jaylan Morgan

    2025 LB Zayden Walker
