On Wednesday afternoon, LeBron James and the USA Basketball Men's National Team took on Nikola Jokic and the Serbia national basketball team. This is Team USA's third exhibition game in the USA Basketball Showcase in preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

With 6:35 left in the third quarter, Team USA grabbed a rebound off of a Serbia missed shot, and James sprinted down the court. The Los Angeles Lakers star received the ball at half-court and had one Serbia defender ahead of him.

James decided to take on his defender, Marko Guduric, directly instead of trying to maneuver around him. Demonstrating his strength, he lowered his shoulder and made strong contact with the Serbia player, causing the defender to be knocked off his feet and hit the floor hard.

The play was called a personal foul on the Serbia player, even though it appeared as a charge at first glance. James did a little shrug after the play, and when Guduric got up, he did the same shrug.

NBA fans loved the force and reaction James had on this play and took to social media to hype it up.

James and Team USA will play their first game of the Paris Olympics Sunday, July 28, against the same team, Serbia.
