Fans of the Los Angeles Chargers are going to quickly learn that this is their new normal.

On Wednesday, the first day of training camp for Jim Harbaugh and his new team, the former national championship-winning head coach had some interesting comments when asked to describe his excitement about the new season starting.

"It feels like New Year's Day," Harbaugh said. "It feels like being born. It feels like coming out of the womb. You're in there, it's comfortable and safe and then poof. You're out."

...that's one way to put it.

While Harbaugh has made a name for himself over the years for his wild and weird quotes in the media, this one certainly goes on the podium for one of the strangest things he has said. His quirkiness was hidden at the college level for a long while, but now that he is in the bright lights of Los Angeles, NFL fans are going to see a lot more of this.
