After winning the gold medal for the 200-meter, Botswana native Letsile Tebogo didn't hold back when he was asked if he would ever want to be the face of sprinting worldwide like Noah Lyles .

"I can't be the face of athletics because I'm not an arrogant or a loud person like Noah [Lyles]." Tebogo said.

These two will be competitors for many years to come. Lyles is still one of the fastest men in the world and is just 27 years old, while Tebogo is just an astounding 21 years of age. Upsetting two Americans for gold.

Kenny Bednarek claimed silver, while Lyles, despite testing positive for COVID-19, which clearly altered his energy entering the race, won bronze. Nonetheless, Tebogo earned every second and inch of this race to make history for his home country.
