Eagles Division Review: CeeDee Lamb Lashes Out At Jerry Jones

Things aren't going well for CeeDee Lamb and the Dallas Cowboys in their contract negotiations.

And that's great news for the Philadelphia Eagles .

After Jerry Jones made comments during Thursday's practice stating his lack of urgency to get Lamb's contract negotiation done, the All-Pro wideout made his presence felt on social media.

He responded to the original tweet regarding Jones' comments with "lol" in a retweet, while also removing the "America's Team" part in his bio.

Lamb is coming off a season in which he not only led the league in receptions with 135 but also tallied 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns en route to an All-Pro season and Offensive Player of the Year finalist award.

The Oklahoma product is looking to become one of the highest-paid receivers in the NFL, but the longer the Cowboys wait to get negotiations down, the worse the conversations seem to be between Lamb and the organization.

It also doesn't help that the Cowboys have yet to see Lamb report to camp at this point.

All of this is great news for the Eagles. The longer the negotiations continue, the longer this becomes a distraction for the Cowboys. And the more distractions for the Cowboys, the harder it will be for them to repeat as division champions.
