The Philadelphia Phillies (69-46) have many reasons to smile on Friday. They have seemingly broken out of their slump, winning their last three games and four out of their last five, and have reclaimed their spot atop the MLB mountain.

Some of the prospects that MLB Pipeline lists as the best in Philadelphia's system, have reason to smile, too.

Andrew Painter (#1 Prospect; #19 in MLB)

Andrew Painter continues to rehab after Tommy John surgery. Painter and the organization are hopeful that he can be ready for 2025 Spring Training.

Aidan Miller (#2 Prospect; #27 in MLB)

Aidan Miller has started to find his groove with the High-A Jersey Shore BlueClaws over the last week. Going 4-for-9 in two games with one extra-base hit and one steal, he has risen his High-A batting line for the season to .208/.321/.333 with 11 extra-base hits, 16 RBI, and eight steals.

The Phillies are hopeful that Miller is now settled in High-A and can finish the season on a high note.

Justin Crawford (#3 Prospect; #53 in MLB)

Justin Crawford continues to rake since being promoted to the Double-A Reading Fightin Phils. In two games over the last week, Crawford went 4-for-9 with one extra-base hit, four RBI, and one steal. Crawford has batted .345/.390/.436 with five extra-base hits, eight RBI, and seven steals in 55 at bats across 13 games since being promoted.

Starlyn Caba (#4 Prospect; #86 in MLB)

Starlyn Caba's struggles continue at the plate since being promoted to the Single-A Clearwater Threshers. In two games over the last week, Caba went 0-for-6 though he did draw two walks, one driving in a run, and scored a run. He is now batting .118/.244/.118 in Single-A across 34 at bats in 10 games.

Mick Abel (#5 Prospect; #91 in MLB)

Mick Abel did not pitch over the last week as he was on the development list. The Phillies did activate him from the development list on Thursday, however, and he should appear in a game this weekend.
