U.S. sprinter Sha'Carri Richardson served as the anchor for the women's 4x100m race in the Paris Olympics and ultimately helped America win a gold medal.

Richardson ran on a team with Gabby Thomas, Melissa Jefferson, and Twanisha Terry. She was the final sprinter to receive the baton and passed the finish line in stunning fashion after starring down her opponents.

Following the gold medal victory, ESPN posted Richardson's accomplishment, showing high praise to the Nike athlete.

They showed a picture of Ricardson's nail, with the message saying, "I'm not back."

ESPN then responded to the note by clapping back at Richardson's doubters.

"She's not back, she's better," ESPN posted.

Richardson has been under the public eye for years with many wondering if she'll ever have a chance to race for an Olympic gold.

She was suspended in 2021 after testing positive for THC, a substance that is primarily found in cannabis. Richardson's spot on the 2021 Olympic track and field team was stripped, so it was clear she would have to wait for the next international games to make her mark.

The Texas native has now earned two medals in the 2024 Olympic Games.

Richardson's gold medal victory in the 4x100m race will be accompanied by a silver medal around her neck. She previously won the silver medal in the women's 100-meter final.
