Lineups, how to watch the Series Opener between the Boston Red Sox and Texas Rangers

After dropping all three games against the Houston Astros at home at Fenway Park over the weekend, the Boston Red Sox remain home and turn their attention to the Texas Rangers.

The Rangers come into this series after dropping two games on the road against the New York Yankees this weekend in a four-game set that was shortened to three games.

The Red Sox will be looking to get back on track this week and gain some ground in the American League Wild Card race.
