Ohio State Football Captivates The Internet With Continued Dominance On AP Poll

Ohio State continued its yearly dominance after being ranked 2nd on the AP Top 25 College Football Poll . The Buckeyes have now made the preseason top 25 to start the season 36 straight times. Which is the longest active streak in the sport.

This is truly the year of Ryan Day and immense expectations. Ohio State had one of the most dominant off-seasons in recent memory. Landing quarterbacks Will Howard and Julian Sayin . Then bringing in running back Quinshon Judkins and defensive guru Caleb Downs.

The Buckeyes also returned wide receiver Emeka Egbuka , running back TreVeyon Henderson , and the bulk of their defense. Not to mention adding five-star freshman phenom wide-out Jeremiah Smith, who is one of the most talented recruits in program history.

Ohio State can continue to go 11-1 every season, but at the end of the day, if that one loss is to Michigan, the season has an asterisk, and that has been the growing case for Ryan Day over the last three seasons.

However, with the departure of Jim Harbaugh , JJ McCarthy , and countless other pieces on the Michigan roster, the window is now for the Buckeyes, and they have National Championship aspirations with the roster to accomplish just that.
