More than a few basketball fans out there believe that Stephen Curry's performance in Saturday's gold medal game against France stands as one of the greatest shows we've all witnessed.

After seeing the Golden State Warriors superstar lead Team USA to a 98-87 victory with a team-high 24 points on 8-of-14 shooting, to go along with eight triples, five assists, and two steals, it would be hard to argue with this notion.

Now, NBC has given Curry's iconic performance the slow-motion treatment in what can only be described as a legendary highlight reel.

You can access the epic four-and-a-half-minute video edit on NBC's website .

While there was no shortage of incredible highlights from the clip, the one that stands out the most has to be Curry's dagger trey at the 03:03 mark of the video. After a dazzling series of dribbles, Steph made enough room for himself to hoist a tough fade-away triple that was still tightly contested by Nicolas Batum and Evan Fournier.

Unsurprisingly, the ball found the bottom of the net as Curry busted out his famed "night night" celebration. That was the final nail in the coffin for France and it was only fitting that it was the GOAT shooter who put them to bed.
