The was no shortage of superstar talent in Team USA's contingent for the Paris Olympics. However, there is no doubt that it was LeBron James and Stephen Curry who were the two central figures of the squad's recent gold medal conquest .

In Saturday's final against home team France, it was LeBron (14 points, 10 assists) and Curry (team-high 24 points, eight triples) who led the charge once again as the Americans took down Victor Wembanyama and Co., 98-87, to claim the gold medal.

On Sunday, Curry took to Instagram to share some of his favorite photos from his epic performance in the gold medal game. It was the perfect way to commemorate what was not only an incredible final for the GOAT shooter but an overall memorable Olympic debut as well.

"Yall gone get this Gold Medal Content! #nuitnuit ," Curry wrote in his caption.

LeBron caught wind of Steph's post, and the Los Angeles Lakers superstar just had to give it his seal of approval.

"Damn skippy!!!! 🫡🙏🏾🇺🇸🥇" James wrote in the comments section.

It's not every day that you get this type of interaction between two of the greatest to ever do it, which is why the fans absolutely loved the same. As of writing, LeBron's comment has already garnered close to 44,000 likes. For context, Curry's original post is closing in on 3.5 million likes.

The harsh reality, however, is that this is very likely the last time we will see these two suit up for the national squad together. Both stars are up there in the years at this point, and it won't be long before they call time on their respective careers.

The silver lining, though, is that the fans get to look back at a truly incredible run in the Paris Olympics for these two future Hall of Famers.
