Cleveland Browns defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. is expected to be arrested in wake of an alleged domestic violence dispute that took place on Monday night, according to Zac Jackson of The Athletic.
Avon, Ohio police were reportedly called to a residence Monday concerning an incident between Hall and the mother of his child, but he left before authorities arrived on scene.
In a statement, the Browns announced they were aware of the incident and have been in touch with Hall's representatives, and will offer no further comment until additional information is gathered.
The Browns selected Hall with the No. 54 overall pick of the 2024 NFL draft. After being born in Cleveland and attending nearby Streetsboro High School, he enrolled at Ohio State in 2021.

Hall spent three seasons with the Buckeyes, redshirting as a true freshman. He appeared in 28 overall games during his career in Columbus, starting 11 of those contests while racking up 45 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and six sacks.
After earning Third Team All-Big 10 honors as a junior, Hall declared for the NFL draft. The 6-foot-3, 300-pound defensive lineman impressed at the scouting combine last February, exhibiting rare explosiveness for his size en route to a 4.76 40-yard dash.
Hall has continued turning heads with Cleveland leading up to the 2024 season. On Monday, veteran pass-rusher Za'Darius Smith compared the rookie to former St. Louis Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
"He's different, man," Smith said of Hall, per Ashley Bastock of Cleveland.com. "He reminds me of Aaron Donald a little bit. Hopefully he don't see this and get a big head. But nah man, younger guy, wants to learn and just ask a lot of questions."
The Browns, who fell to the Green Bay Packers in their preseason opener, are back in exhibition action on Saturday against the Minnesota Vikings.
