The Philadelphia Eagles may be dealing with an injury bug during training camp, but that luck may be beginning to change as Week 1 of the 2024 season creeps loser.

Philadelphia welcomed the return of wide receiver Parris Campbell to joint practices with the New England Patriots on Tuesday. They also saw Cooper DeJean return to individual work as well.

DeJean was Philadelphia's second-round pick in the 2024 draft but hasn't participated in any training camp practices to this point as he recovers from a hamstring suffered while working out before training camp began.

It was a blow to a young player that was said to be out within the first three weeks of practices.

Now, though, DeJean is back on the field.

Head coach Nick Sirianni did state that DeJean would only work in a limited capacity in individual drills while staying away from team activities for the most part.

It's why DeJean was not seen in 1v1 work against Patriot wide receivers Tuesday either.

It's important for Philadelphia's rookie class that they perform as much as possible leading into the new year to better prepare themselves for the playoff run ahead.

DeJean returning to the field makes it so important for the Eagles. Now, they have three additional weeks to go to train and find a role for the Iowa star at this point.
