The Philadelphia Eagles will be taking on the Green Bay Packers in Week 1 of the NFL season in the first-ever game played in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The game will be streamed exclusively on Peacock on Friday, Sept. 6.

NBC announced on Wednesday that Noah Eagle (play-by-play), Todd Blackledge (analyst), and Kaylee Hartung (sideline reporter) will be on the call in São Paulo for the season opener.

“Eagle, who earlier this year won a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Personality/Emerging On Air, and Blackledge, NBC Sports’ Big Ten Saturday Night commentary team, called last season’s AFC Wild Card matchup between the Cleveland Browns and Houston Texans, as well as a Cincinnati Bengals-Pittsburgh Steelers matchup in late December,” NBC said in a statement.

“Hartung was the sideline reporter for Peacock’s exclusive presentation of the Dolphins-Chiefs AFC Wild Card game in January 2024, and is the sideline reporter for Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football.”

This is only the second game the Eagles have played internationally. Their last trip abroad was back in 2018 when they traveled to London where they defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-18 in Wembley Stadium.

Both teams were playoff teams a year ago and should duplicate that success this season. This game should be highly competitive as the Eagles look to bounce back from a horrendous finish to last season while the Packers look to build on last year's success.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. ET.
