Buffalo BREAKING: Bills Matt Milano Injury Update - Surgery

    By Mike Fisher,

The injury woes continued for the Buffalo Bills defense as veteran linebacker Matt Milano left Tuesday practice with an injury ... and now the bad news.

The Pro Bowler Milano, who left Tuesday’s practice injured, tore his bicep and now will be out indefinitely. Milano will undergo surgery on his torn bicep as he and the Bills hope he can return to the field some time this year.

According to sources at Bills' practice, Milano left the field early on in practice and did not return. While Milano never took the field again, he stayed on the sideline of practice rather than traveling to the locker room. On the sideline, Milano was seen working on his bicep/elbow area with trainers.

This would not be the first time that Milano has missed time for the Bills, as he sustained a season-ending leg injury in 2023.

This is also not the first injury that the Bills defense has sustained this offseason, as safeties Mike Edwards and Cole Bishop are missing time with injuries as well.

The was hoping to hear positive news about Milano's injury as the team expected him to play a large role for the regular-season under a month away.
