Fans Are Saying The Same Thing About Viral A'ja Wilson-JuJu Watkins Photo

Despite the fact that USC superstar JuJu Watkins still is not eligible to play in the WNBA for at least a few more years, it's hard to deny that she's already established herself as one of the biggest names in women's basketball today.
This is exactly why it comes as no surprise that a recent photo with Las Vegas Aces center A'ja Wilson is blowing up online.
USC Women's Basketball on X, formerly Twitter, shared a photo of the two stars on Thursday, which they credited to Wilson's own Instagram account. In it, Watkins is seen posing beside Wilson, who herself is coming off an Olympic gold medal stint in the Paris Olympics.
As of writing, it has just been a little over an hour since the photo was posted but already, it has amassed more than 40,000 views.
As for the comments, it appears that the fans are all saying the same thing. More than a few supporters out there have the same reaction after seeing who they believe are the GOATs of women's basketball together.
After what we've seen from Wilson throughout her decorated WNBA career, it's hard to argue against her claim for the GOAT throne. This season, the six-time All-Star is putting up career-best averages of 27.2 points , 12.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.9 steals, and 2.9 blocks per game.
At this point, the two-time WNBA champ is the heavy favorite to bag the MVP title, which will potentially be the third time she's taking home the trophy in her seven-year career.

To a certain extent, the same can be said about Watkins and her meteoric rise. The 19-year-old took the NCAA by storm in her freshman year last season, averaging 27.1 points , 7.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.3 steals, and 1.6 blocks while also knocking down 2.0 triples per game.
WNBA rules do not allow players to enter the league until they are at least 22 years of age, which means that Watkins won't be eligible until the 2027 WNBA Draft. Right now, though, there's very little doubt as to her status as the consensus No. 1 overall pick once she becomes eligible.
