Raiders Fans Are All Saying The Same Thing About The Team's Open Practice

As the Las Vegas Raiders prepare for their second preseason matchup, and attempt to iron things out before the start of the regular season, they held an open practice at Allegiant Stadium on Wednesday.

A large number of fans came out to support the team, and from all the reports we've heard, the practice went well . The Raiders got a ton of support from their crowd, who were interviewed by Carter Owen , a writer for the team's website.

A local barber in Las Vegas, who gave the name 'Drix', shared his thoughts on the franchise's impact in the city.

"Growing up here, I never had a team... But seeing how big an impact the Raiders have had in Las Vegas, that has impacted me. I love my city; I love what it's become, and I love how it's growing."

Ralph, a lifelong, nearly 70-year old Raiders fan, got to visit Allegiant Stadium for the first time on Wednesday:

"It seemed like a community affair... I thought I might as well try to get out there and support our local team. All the people that have shown up, it's been great. You watch it on television, but you don't really know what it's like live and in-person."

That excitement wasn't felt in the stands alone, as star edge rusher Maxx Crosby claimed he could feel the energy as well:

"Every time you get an opportunity to be in front of the fans, it's a blessing... I know they were fired up to be out there. We had an absolute blast."

Good vibes have been the theme throughout training camp for the silver and black. In order to contend for the playoffs, like they hope to do in 2024, those good vibes will have to keep on rolling.
