Sports fans were shocked when it was announced on Thursday that ESPN had decided to fire former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III.

After retiring from the NFL, Griffin became a popular football analyst for ESPN, but with a host of new names joining their team, the company opted to move on from him.

It was a polarizing decision among fans, as Griffin was considered to be pretty good at his job. Now, he's back on the job market looking for work. And judging by his latest social media post, it looks like RGIII may be making a big career change.

After a career in the world of football, getting involved in carpeting and flooring would be quite a shocking switch for him.

This is obviously being made in jest, but considering how his first name is Robert, it's clear that he would fit right in if he wanted to make that jump.

Realistically speaking, though, chances are it won't be very long until we see Griffin back on our screens in a new role of sorts.
