Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark has been often compared to Steph Curry because of her incredible shooting ability. On Sunday, however, Indiana Pacers forward Obi Toppin named a different Indiana player who is similar to the Golden State Warriors star.

Toppin was in attendance at Gainbridge Fieldhouse to watch the Fever take on the Seattle Storm. He was absolutely hyped to see the home team beat the visitors, 92-75, and even dropped some rave reviews for Indiana after the contest.

While Toppin gave Clark her much-deserved credit after the sharpshooter finished with 23 points, five rebounds and nine assists, he couldn't help but heap praise on Lexie Hull as well and call her performance Curry-esque.

"It was lit today," Toppin said in a video shared by the Fever. "Caitlin was going crazy. Lexie, Lexie was going crazy. She was looking like Steph Curry out there. Kelsey was going crazy. Yeah, shout out to them. They was doing their thing today."

For what it's worth, Obi Toppin's Steph Curry praise for Lexie Hull was warranted. After all, she dropped 22 points on 6-of-7 shooting from deep in the contest. Without her performance, the Fever wouldn't have blown out the Storm, and the game could have been a lot closer.

Indeed, Hull looked like Curry throughout the game. Overall, she was 8-of-10 in the contest, registering the second-most efficient 20-point game in team, history, according to Stat Mamba.

The Fever play the Minnesota Lynx next on Saturday, and sure enough, hopes are high that Hull can replicate her latest performance against the third-best team in the WNBA this season.
