Nick Chubb is the Cleveland Browns' four-time Pro Bowler who last played a full season in 2022, when he rushed for over 1,500 yards and 12 touchdowns while catching 27 passes.

Chubb suffered a season-ending knee injury last season before undergoing surgeries to repair his medial capsule, media collateral ligament, anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus.

Chubb revealed his immediate thoughts on his current post-injury trajectory and when he might take the field for the Browns this season on Saturday in an interview with Browns reporter Aditi Kinkhabwala.

"I feel good," Chubb said. "Every day I come to work out, I move around and feel a lot better."

Chubb stopped short of revealing a timeline for his return to the field with the Browns' 2024 NFL opener set for September 8 at home against the Dallas Cowboys at 4:25 p.m. ET.

The Browns' rushing attack has been abysmal so far this preseason with backup quarterback Tyler Huntley leading the team with just 32 yards rushing through two games, losses to the Packers and Vikings.

"I do not (have a return date in mind)," Chubb said to Kinkhabwala. "One day at a time. Just working on getting faster and stronger every day."
