Tom Brady first announced his retirement back in February of 2022, but it only lasted 40 days. Then, after that following season, he announced his retirement again, but this time for good.

The legendary quarterback recently appeared on a panel alongside First Take host Stephen A. Smith, and he talked about managing his new life after his seven Super Bowl rings and the rest of his impressive NFL career.

"All the parents out there know that it’s a challenge to be a good parent," Brady said. "And all the kids, I hope you appreciate your parents, too. Because there’s a lot of work they put into making your life a little easier."

Brady shares 14-year-old Benjamin and his 11-year-old daughter, Vivian, with the recently divorced Gisele Bündchen. He also has a 16-year-old son, Jack, from a previous relationship.

The 47-year-old has been busy dismantling NFL defenses for the last couple decades, so now he has more time than ever to spend with his kids, and it has him "busier than ever."

But soon, Brady will go back to being busy on weekends, as he will join Kevin Burkhardt as the analyst in FOX's primary NFL booth.
