On Saturday, Zion Williamson went viral after photos of his offseason transformation caught the attention of fans on social media. The New Orleans Pelicans superstar looks to be in great shape after visibly losing a lot of weight during the summertime.

As it turns out, the two-time All-Star is not done just yet.

According to a report by Ian Casselberry of Yahoo Sports, Williamson has already lost 25 pounds since December. The 24-year-old revealed that he's currently at 281. However, the plan is for him to lose nine more pounds as he " intends to be 272 when the NBA regular season begins."

For what it's worth, Zion was listed at 284 pounds last season. However, per Casselberry, "many believed he was overweight and out of shape, notably after watching him play in the NBA in-season tournament."

It appears that Williamson is determined to destroy this narrative in 2024-25, and the fans are already taking notice.

"ZIONIST ERA FINNA GO CRAZY WE TAKIN OVER🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥" reacted a supporter.

    "DEMON TIMEEEE," read a comment.

    "Scary hours😈" said another.

"More glass board breaks dunking!!!" stated a fan.

"season of his career coming🔥" predicted another.

Last season, Williamson averaged 22.9 points on 57.0 percent shooting, to go along with 5.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.1 steals per game. The most notable aspect of his campaign, however, is that he was able to play a career-high 70 games.

Zion will now be looking to surpass this mark this coming season, and the former No. 1 overall pick is making sure that he's taking care of his body first and foremost.
